Sabor Tooth Tiger Girl

Meet Sabor Tooth TigerGirl.  She has been wanting to get her face painted all summer, and finally, the day has come. 
Sabor Tooth Tiger Girl got an ice cream shortly after this picture was taken, and she wouldn't even eat it, for fear of her mask coming off.  A few hours later, it was wearing away, starting with the fangs.  She looked in the mirror and said, "What!!!  A Sabor Tooth without fangs?!!!!  What am I now?  Let's wash this off." 
And so we did.  Now she is just plain old Super Keeley Catgirl again.

The Vet's helper

We had to take Codie to the Vet.  Alex wore her "cat gloves" because she's allergic, but she really wanted to support Codie while she got shots and medicine.  Ever since Alex got her tonsils out, she loves nothing more than inflicting shots and medicine on anyone/anything other than her.  It's how she processes that traumatic time in her life.

The flying banana.  Alex rode this for a solid 25 minutes.  She loved the wind blowing in her hair.  She would close her eyes and just smile.

Money maker

Alex is selling her famous gluten free cupcakes at a neighbor's garage sale (while wearing her I heart veggies shirt). 
She made $4.25.  She wants to buy, "...a great big toy."

Taking her horse for a bike ride

Have I ever mentioned that Alex is such a great Mom to all of her animals?  Today I needed to get some things done around the house, and Alex said, "While you do that, I have to go to work." 
Well, her "work" is helping animals.  She was fixing their owies, feeding them, and then she would give each one of them a hug and a kiss.
I have no doubt that it probably will be her work someday. 
(But please don't tell her that hamburgers come from an animal, it's the only real protein she gets right now.)

This makes my heart smile

"Hi.  My name is Alex.  I'm 3 and a half.  I have 2 Moms."
If there has been anyone who has met Alex for the first time in the last 2 months, this is what they have heard. 
I couldn't be happier that she is so proud of her family.

Super Nana

Nana has some pretty amazing child rearing skills.  ALEX LOVES HER NANA.  In fact, Alex has had 2 sleepovers at Nana's house, and we are so proud of this accomplishment!
