Help a sista out

We went for a ride after her race.  She really pushed me.  

No, seriously, she literally pushed me.  You see, if you want to ride with me without tipping over, you have to give faddy a little push up the hills.  I chose Lookout Mountain so that I could really sit back and relax while the Jacattack worked on her upper body strength.
