Baby and I went to the park today so that I could attempt to run again. I have to clutch my chest with my arm to support "the twins" (along with the double bra). I look like I've been shot in the chest.

G diapers... liner usually gets dirty with poo. either change just liner or throw the whole thing in the wash. sometimes I rinse and dry them in the sink too. I have TONs of extra liners for that reason. Also I watched the video on the site for proper "installation." It's crucial to get the crotch parts way in the cracks by the thighs... a good fit there makes all the difference!

Napping... consistency I guess. Yours is still pretty young. Lucy chooses her own times but it's gotten pretty consistent. I am very sensitive to eye rubbing=instant crib time even if it means crying for 10 mins.
