Alex and Rae and I walked down by the river today. ALEX WAS SO PROUD TO BE WALKING HER OWN BABY. There were a lot of moms walking their babies. Alex talked to everyone, and everything.
When I would grab the stroller to point Alex in the right direction, she would swat my hand away and make an unhappy grunt. She is such a big girl.
I'm an epicure, in case you're into enneagrams. I couldn't live without an hour of sunshine each day, I'm afraid of the cotton that is shoved into the tops of vitamin bottles, nails on a chalk board don't bother me though. I love the ocean, but I get sea sick on a boogie board.

I like how baby Rae waves in the opposite direction so both sides are covered. No one is left without a friendly wave.
