Dawn the Great and I tried out this new CROSSFIT gym on Saturday. I think this is a real good picture of me (black shorts, white shirt, grey beanie...ass up). Dawn is the one on all fours in the black outfit.I call it a prison workout, because you could totally manage to pull this off in a 5x8 cell.
