I decided to run a 5K race on the beach on Saturday.My Virtual Friends can look for me on the right hand side of this picture with a blue shirt and a visor.
I was only deep in the pain cave for about 10 of the 20 minutes...unlike bike racing which is at least 1 hour of torture.
